Our History:
The Company and Its Environment

2004

We founded a company called MKS (Knowledge Management Solution), focused on providing solutions through applied knowledge.

2010

We evolved and became People & Partners (P&P), focusing on people and long-term partnerships.

Present

P&P started as a business name, but our evolving strategy led to the creation of over 8 different names. P&P no longer encompassed them all, so we needed an umbrella name that could represent both the existing names and any future ones we would create.
Thus, PeopleBlue is born!


Why PeopleBlue?

Because we believe people are the backbone of our business, whether they are direct employees, outsourced partners, or suppliers.
Blue, like the cloudless sky or the sea on a sunny day, is the fifth color of the solar spectrum. It represents freedom, loyalty, harmony, and fidelity.
