The administrative virtual assistant is responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing important documents.

Additionally, the assistant handles tasks like creating reports, drafting and sending emails, and providing customer service. They ensure smooth communication, manage inquiries, and assist in resolving client issues. By managing these tasks, they help maintain organization, improve efficiency, and support the overall operations of the team.

  • Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events

About the Job

  • Remote / Part time
  • Monday to Friday (weekends off)
